Tricycle on water: up to 100 km / h in half a second

Tricycle on waterIt’s not about traveling on the watery surface, but working a water accelerator with a pressure of 408 atmospheres, which was installed on a tricycle by an insane racer named Francois Gizi.

It’s terrible to imagine the load he was experiencing for these half-seconds. But everything went well. The volume of the carbon tank at the tricycle is 120 liters. After the pressure was created inside it, the valve opened and the vehicle made its high-speed jump from zero to one hundredth in half a second.

By the time the tank was completely empty, the tricycle was able to develop a speed of 260 km / h. Thanks to such crazy people as François Gisi, humanity has good prospects for continuing the development of alternative technologies.
